Three separate witnesses have said that they have seen a bat-like creature flying over Chicago over a period of four hours.
The reports from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database were said to have taken place on April 15 between 10 am and April 16 2 am. At the moment an investigation is underway but it hasn’t been ruled out at this point that it may be a hoax. MUFON CASE 83325: GIANT BAT-LIKE CREATURE SPOTTED FLYING OVER LAKE MICHIGAN Witnesses on Lake Michigan, a husband and wife and two other couples all celebrating the birthday of a friend, said they were around two miles out and were just off Montrose enjoying themselves. Around 10 pm they looked into the sky and saw what they thought was a giant bat. The bat, however, was unlike any they had previously seen as it was over 6 feet. They went on to describe the bat-like creature as being solid black in color and having eyes that reflected the light from the moon. It was said that the bay was a deep black and deeper in color than the night sky and was silhouetted against the moon. It circled around the boat three times and was silent and then it headed back towards Montrose. The bat blended in with the night sky as it went and seemed to disappear within seconds. Around five minutes after seeing the giant bat the witness said that they saw an object that was bright green travelling north to south way off on the horizon. They said that it wasn’t a plane as it was bright green and it moved very slowly across the horizon, around two miles from the position of the boat. When the object went out of sight, the people just sat stunned and they decided to get out of the water and off the boat. MUFON CASE 83243: CREATURE SEEN IN NORTH AVENUE
Around thirty minutes later another witness was with friends in Chicago at about 10.30pm. They said that they were talking about work and other things and then they heard the sound of a bird flapping its wings.
One man of Mexican origin shouted that there was a Lechuza, which in Mexico is a myth of an old woman who turns into a huge black bird. He said that they walked over the road and saw what he thought was a huge owl of around 6 feet tall with big glowing red eyes. When they yelled the creature flew into the air and went down North Avenue. He said that the creature had frightened everyone. MUFON CASE 83206: WORKMEN SEEN BAT-LIKE CREATURE IN DAMEN The third reported sighting of the bat-like creature was on April 16 at 2 am when a man showed up for work in Damen and was walking across a parking lot to meet his work friends when he saw around 5 men staring up into the sky. He said that he looked up and saw a huge owl-like creature around 6 feet tall, totally black with yellow or reddish eyes that shined in the dark like a cat. The man said that he stood looking at the creature for around a minute or two and the creature looked back at them and then just shot up into the sky before disappearing. He went on to say that it had only flown away as rocks were thrown at it. The wings were said to be similar to those of an owl and as it was flying away it made a sound similar to the brakes of a truck when they burned out. The creature was said to fly up and around in a wide circle and then flew towards the Stevenson Expressway. IS MOTHMAN WEST VIRGINIA FOLKLORE? There is a Mothman related to West Virginia folklore. This is a legendary creature that is said to have been seen in the region of Point Pleasant in November 12, 1966, to December 15, 1967. The first reporting of it was in the local paper on November 16, 1966. In 1975 a book was written with the title of The Mothman Prophecies in which there claimed to be supernatural events in relation to the sightings along with the Silver Bridge being connected to it. State Director Sam Maranto along with other staff are investigating the Mothman creature. So is there really a large moth-like or owl-like creature of 6 foot flying around Chicago or is it just a very elaborate stunt?
Residents of Cambridge N.Y. have been mystified after seeing a mysterious picture of a young girl in woodland, and it has left people questioning who the girl might be and where she came from.
LITTLE GIRL PLAYING OR SOMETHING MORE SUPERNATURAL? The picture has left a buzz rippling through the town, and now the owners of the land where the photograph was captured want to find the girls family. People want to know whether this is a photo of a girl that got lost in the woods or whether there is something more sinister or supernatural to it. The residents of Cambridge seem to have mixed opinions about the photograph with some saying that the girl is a ghost or spirit, while others believe that the photo is nothing more than just of a child taking a walk in the woods and playing. PHOTO OF GIRL CAPTURED ON TRAIL CAM The photograph that is now the talk of the town was captured just off Route 74 in Cambridge and was taken by a trail cam. George Ball, chief, said that he had not seen anything like it in his lifetime. He went on to say that he had lived in Cambridge all of his life and never heard of a ghost that was in the woods. The land on which the girl was captured in the photo belongs to new landowners and they set up the trail camera as they wanted to use the region for hunting and they wanted to make sure that people didn’t go through that area. The owners of the land saw the girl on the photograph, and Chief Bell has confirmed that the photograph is real and now they want to get in contact with the family of the little girl. Bell said that initially, all they wanted was to identify who the girl was and where she had come from. POLICE APPEAL FOR FAMILY OR RELATIVES TO COME FORWARD After many weeks no one has come forward to identify the child, and this has led to the imaginations of the residents soaring. While many residents think that there is something creepy about the photo, even the skeptics are now looking for answers. Bell said that there had to be an explanation behind it and he hoped that someone would come forward to clear the matter up.
Bell went on to say that he did not think the girl was a ghost, but he seemed to be unsure, adding that he did not know really. Police in Cambridge are still trying to find out who the girl in the photo is and they are asking people to contact them if they know. SOURCE: DiscloseTV
Majestic 12 (MJ-12) is the nickname given to a secret group (scientists/military/government) of paranormal researchers- widely theorized by popular UFO conspiracy claims.
Who was this secret group? Where did this secret group come from? Is this secret group true? What evidence did they find? How much does our government know? The government must have had an inkling to round a search party. MJ 12 was organized by then President Truman in 1947. Rumors of MJ12 began when the FBI investigated leaked documentation regarding secret alien life capture- and deemed it false. The public did not trust the FBI and displayed their belief that the leaked proof was indeed authentic. The infamous leaked eight pages are directly linked to the notorious Roswell Incident. At that time there were already whispers of a government cover-up. The eight pages were actually photos of eight pages of documents that were received anonymously by a high ranking UFO Explorer. The first page mentions the three words, Operation Majestic Twelve, hence the formation of the nickname, Majestic 12. The second image was of the names of the twelve members. On page three comes the bombshell, news of the actual possession of a crashed alien Warcraft- and a genuine alien life form.
The papers go on to detail the involvement and ongoing cover-up by government officials. Truman supposedly knew about the alien crash and sent Defense Secretary Forrestal to keep house. The genuine nature of these documents is believed by many because of Truman's orders to keep civil obedience a top priority. Letting fears of civil unrest take precedence over the right of the public to know the truth. WHO ARE THE MAJESTIC-12?
There are several reasons why many people doubt the authenticity of this documentation. Military time is commonly used by the military; these papers were typed with the time in regular/civilian time. Another theory claims misuse of the title admiral when the correct term is "rear admiral." There are also a few words that do not date back to the 40’s- when this document was allegedly written. On the other hand, the twelve signatures on this classified sworn secret project. Were all verified as authentic. It was an extremely powerful group of people, Majestic 12. CIA, top politicians, and respected scientists. Whoever masterminded the creation of this group knew what they were doing. How much the government knows and does not know will always be up for discussion.
Studies from Bielefeld University have discovered for the first time that plants can draw energy from other plants. This work could set a precedent for future studies and evidence showing that human too can absorb energy from other humans.
HUMANS MAY HAVE THE ABILITY TO ABSORB ENERGY FROM OTHERS Research published by the online Journal Nature Communication by Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse and his team show that the plant alga Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii can draw energy from other plants as an alternative to photosynthesis. Research shows that when Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii is short on other forms of energy such as carbon dioxide, water and light it absorbs energy from other plants by using cellulose enzymes to digest and break down the other plant's enzymes and use them as energy/food. Dr. Olivia Bader-Lee states that human is like sponges and soak up and adapt to the energy of the environment around them. Different energies in people cause other people to create different responses.
“When energy studies become more advanced in the coming years, we will eventually see this translated to human beings as well,” stated Bader-Lee. “The human organism is very much like a plant, it draws needed energy to feed emotional states and this can essentially energize cells or cause increases in cortisol and catabolize cells depending on the emotional trigger.”
Bader-Lee goes on to that humans have many similar characteristics to plants and animals and that future studies will show how humans adapt their energy, increase cortisol and catabolize cells depending on emotional responses to their environment caused by nature or humans. Another bizarre ‘floating city’ has apparently been filmed in the sky above baffled onlookers in China, in a video that has gone viral since. Optical illusion? Hoax? Or something entirely different we can’t explain?
Yet another video has appeared on social netwokrs showing what appears to be a floating city hovering in an overcast sky, as baffled onlookers were left shoked by massive strcutures that appared above the sky. The video—which has gone viral—has been interpreted by many users as another example of floating cities. The video was filmed above Jieyang, in the Guangdong province in China. Sadly, no other footage of the event has appeared, leaving many to question the veracity of the filming. Is this just another hoax? Here’s the video:
Interestingly, this is the third time people have managed to record what appears to be a floating city above China. In early 2017, people in Yeuyang were left shocked after a similar phenomenon appeared in the sky. In 2016, another set of images and video recordings surfaced on the internet showing another mysterious ‘floating city’ filmed above the clouds in Dalian in northeast China’s Liaoning Province. In 2015, another ‘floating city’ was recorded over the city of Jiangxi, as an eerie cluster of buildings appeared just above the sky. The Jiangxi ‘incident’ however, was explained by experts who concluded that the phenomena to be a natural mirage, an optical illusion called Fata Morgana. Also in 2015, a floating city created confusion among residents of Foshan, as people watched in amazement a giant city appearing out of nowhere. According to media reports, thousands of people stood still, watching the ‘ghostly city’ in what has been the second apparition of a ‘flying city’ in China. The mysterious ‘city’ was reported to have giant skyscrapers and other smaller buildings which are ‘clearly’ visible in the image according to social network users. A video from the 2015 sighting:
But not only have videos of floating cities been recorded over China, interestingly, similar events were also recorded around the world.
In 2011, hundreds of people from the small border town of Dulali in Darazo, Nigeria, claimed to have seen a huge ‘flying city in the sky’. “The giant floating city” appeared out of nowhere, the entire city was surrounded by a thin cloud, it flew very close to the ground, through these “clouds” witnesses claimed to have seen beautiful large buildings, towers and the sound of machines originating from the city. According to local reports, 10-year-old Ibrahim could not believe what he was seeing.
When reporters from the Nigerian national newspaper asked local residents about their opinion what they had seen, they said that it was the work of God, because of their religious beliefs. The Imam of the village, Mallam Shehu Liman, confirmed the sighting, though he attributed it to “Allah” and the “Djinn”, a reference to the spirits in the Islamic and Arab folklore. “We believe that perhaps God used those sightings for us to open our eyes and see how the Djinn live in their own world,” said Liman. Reports of mysterious structures appearing in the sky have been reported since ancient times. Many of us are familiar with stories about strange creatures that appear out of nowhere, mysterious creatures coming out of giant crafts, flames, spheres, etc… These mythological “ships” were known in ancient India as the Vimana, mythological flying palaces or chariots described in Hindu texts and Sanskrit epics. While most of these videos are ‘incredible’—what’s cooler than seeing a floating city?—it appears the explanation is actually much simpler than a ‘Massive alien city appearing from another dimension’. What people saw most likely is a rare type of mirage called Fata Morgana—an optical illusion caused by specific weather conditions bending light rays. As explained by Wired, a Fata Morgana occurs when the Sun heats up a layer of the atmosphere but the layer of air below it remains cool. The universe is so complex that if one stopped to take a look at what is actually happening people would give in to the marvelous beauty of it. Science hasn’t really begun to dent the surface of reality, and nature’s discoveries are far more shocking than anyone could imagine. There is proof of free energy, unified field of consciousness, superhuman ability, and alternate reality and more, so much is mind boggling that no one would think that a kid would have any understanding of it all. However, one 13-year-old, Max Laughlin understands it all and can explain it in intricate detail to those who perhaps aren’t as clever.
13 YEAR OLD INVENTED FREE ENERGY DEVICE However, perhaps a kid is just what is needed, they are brave enough to give thought to outside of the box and have theories and ideas that others would say are crazy, as the world of today has been built upon such. Max Laughlin isn’t just any kid though; he is the smartest one in the world. At the age of 13, he was behind the invention of a Free Energy Device, which is technology that might power the entire world for free. Laughlin is famous worldwide for his brilliant ideas along with his point of view on topics such as alternate realities and the nature of the universe.
Now Laughlin has a theory that CERN could have destroyed the universe and we actually live in a parallel universe that was the closest to it. Laughlin thinks that the Mandela Effect is the result of this and he has gone on to explain his theory in a video that is mind blowing when considering it comes from a kid. Laughlin explains that an infinite parallel universe is constantly being created and there is a universe in which god exists, and god is everything. He then goes on to say that if there is an infinite number of parallel universes, there may be a universe in which God doesn’t exist or one in which God is even more powerful. Laughlin gives an example of God being able to create a stone that cannot be lifted; if this were true then God himself wouldn’t be able to lift that stone, on the other hand, if God is the all-powerful one then perhaps he could lift it as he could do anything. So this then becomes a paradox as the stone wouldn’t be unliftable. The theories of Laughlin are amazing as are the explanations that he provides, at one point writing on a napkin as a way of explanation, in the video explaining to people much older than himself about infinite in confined space and alternate parallel universes.
UFO and extraterrestrial (ET) phenomena have been gaining a lot of traction in recent years, especially thanks to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Countless government agencies have declassified an overwhelming number of documents exposing not only the existence of UFOs, but the frequency at which they’re spotted them as well.Even if you’re unfamiliar with the evidence in support of ET life, most people can admit that it’s unlikely that we’re alone in the cosmos. In the Milky Way alone, there are more Earth-like, potentially habitable planets than there are grains of sand on Earth. With this logic, it is extremely unlikely that we’re the only species inhabiting one of these planets. However, with the number of UFOs spotted and documented evidence and witness testimonies of ET life, the subject is no longer debatable.
Of course, UFOs don’t necessarily equate to extraterrestrial technology; they could be man-made in many cases. For example, a few days ago, UFO YouTube channel SecureTeam10 released a video that showcases an alleged UFO flying in front of the moon. The researchers reported that the footage was taken by a Middle Eastern observatory in Oman. The Video of an Alleged UFO Taken in Oman SecureTeam10 is a group of UFO experts who track down clips, investigate footage, and put their findings out to an eager audience online. In the video, the presenter takes an objective view, explaining that many people have speculated online that the object could really be anything, from ET technology to a man-made craft to simply a meteor. The presenter notes that the object seems to be giving off some sort of smoke, as if it’s flying by the moon. However, he does provide footage to compare what it looks like when a commercial airliner flies by the moon, and it’s clearly quite different in appearance. SecureTeam10 owner Tyler Glockner said, “If you’ll notice the way it’s sort of moving sideways across the front of this beautiful shot of the moon here, which also makes it difficult for me to say that it’s an airliner or a plane of some sort.”
To me, it’s not clear what exactly the object filmed is. I do think it’s interesting that this footage hasn’t made any sort of mainstream news, but perhaps that’s because things that relate to UFOs and ETs rarely do. That doesn’t mean that people aren’t interested in this type of content, but rather simply speaks to the level of secrecy involved with it.In fact, the most popular FBI document online is a memo regarding a UFO crash that occurred in New Mexico in 1950. This document has been viewed over a million times and is only a page long, but contains information on flying saucers, a subject that clearly fascinates many. You can read more about that in our CE article here. Despite the increasing level of interest, mainstream media and government organizations continuously try to keep us in the dark. Back in January of 2015, NASA cut the feed of a video that showed a small grey object slowly rising and then disappearing. There is no saying whether it’s an extraterrestrial space craft or not, but it’s unidentified, and it’s curious that NASA would cut the feed right at this time.
And on July 9th, 2016, another video from the International Space Station feed showed an object entering Earth’s atmosphere and moments later the feed was cut. Once again, we cannot say whether or not this is an ET controlled UFO, but this was clearly an unidentified object and yet again NASA cut the feed. NASA has intervened and tried to block the public from learning more about UFOs time and time again, but why? More Information on ET Life and UFOs Countless people have come forward to discuss the existence of extraterrestrial (ET) life, including civilian eye witnesses, military personnel, and government officials from around the world. As former Democratic Senator Mike Gravel has explained, “Something is monitoring the planet, and they are monitoring it very cautiously, because we are a very warlike planet.” This isn’t the first time someone has speculated that we are not alone in the cosmos and that ETs are watching over us and have even intervened during times of war. There are tons of documents that have been declassified in recent years that clearly suggest ET life is very real. Clearly, there’s a lot that we’re not being told by those in power in regards to UFOs and ET life. I do believe that everything serves a purpose, so perhaps on a deeper level not everyone is completely ready for full disclosure. However, I don’t think that the government should have the right to determine this; I think we should be able to determine that for ourselves.
Many people believe Genesis was unique in telling the story of how people were created and existed but then ancient texts that come from different cultures tell the same story and they were the first to tell the story and reveal the real reason of existence on earth.
ANCIENT TABLETS REVEAL INTRIGUING INFORMATION DATING BACK 20,000 YEARS The ancient texts talk about a similar historical account, however, they do go into a great deal more detail and they also add in some information that is intriguing. Tablets that date back 20,000 years have taken an archaeologist more than 20 years to translate and when he did they changed his whole life. Zecharia Sitchin began to translate the tablets 50 years ago at a time when there weren't any other Sumerian translators to help him. The tablets were complex and this proved to be a huge challenge. They had been written in a longer period of time and so they followed the many changes to the Sumerian language. TABLETS TEXT IS AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF ALIEN NAMED NIBIRU Following hard work for more than 20 years, Zecharia managed to translate what he says is an autobiography of an alien from a planet with the name of Nibiru. The name of the alien was Enki and the story in the tablets began a long time before humans came to be.
The story in the tablets begins with the account of Enki of arrival on Earth with 20 more astronauts and wife, as they searched for a material that allowed for life to perpetuate on their home planet, gold. The tablets revealed that the atmosphere of the planet had to have gold dust so that it could reflect ultraviolet radiation and this was making life very difficult on Nibiru. ALIENS CAME TO EARTH IN SEARCH OF GOLD DUST The alien went on to say that while they were trying to excavate the gold from Earth, the Sumerian gods were not able to endure the physical work. Enki then came up with the idea of servants by combining DNA with the hominids on Earth. Then came the mission to create sentient humans was given to Enki's wife, a doctor and a scientist. There have been many theories about the creation of humans through intervention, along with evolutionary path, already proven. Some people may refer to it as divine intervention and others say that the intervention was of the extraterrestrial variety.
NIBIRU ROTATES EVERY 10,000 YEARS AND IS 10TH PLANET IN SOLAR SYSTEM Sitchin however, thinks that the tablets offer a lot that was left out and not explained about the world’s history along with the solar system. He thinks that a missing link may be the result of the intervention of the aliens from Nibiru or Anunnaki. He believes that Nibiru has a rotational cycle of 10,000 years and it is the 10th planet in the solar system. Sitchin and his ideas don’t sit well with many historians as they are totally opposed to the idea of Anunnaki extraterrestrials and they have their suspicions about the accuracy of the tablets translation. The reason they have suspicions lie within the fact that the tablets showed variations in the language and this means that they cannot be translated by following one general rule.
An ancient map dating back to the 15th century that was unearthed in the year 1929 leaves, even more, questions in its wake. So, what is it about this map that is so puzzling?
Simple despite being determined to date back centuries, it is quite accurate in detail. Let's remember that in the 15th century many areas of the earth had yet to be explored, and there were very few ways to map things out perfectly. But somehow, there on this ancient map was the entire earth in great detail. 15TH CENTURY MAP PROOF OF ALIEN VISITORS Perhaps, one of the biggest oddities found on this map is the fact that there is the top of it was the frozen continent of Antarctica, so what is so odd about that, isn't this where this continent is usually found? Well, yes but lets remember that historically the continent wasn't discovered till 1773 by Captain James Cook, which was well after this map apparently came into existence.
So, is it possible that the creator or creators of this map weren't actually from this planet? There are those who suspect this could indeed be the case, but there are also those who wonder if the territory on the map that is believed to be Antarctica is indeed the ice continent or something else. The reason for the doubt on this map the continent seems closer east than it does now. But many researchers believe that this could have to do with environmental shifts on the earth itself.. Over the years the map has been the subject of much study along with books including one written by a history professor at Keene State College by the name of Charles Hapgood, who has been quoted regarding this map and it's origin as saying: “It appears that the charts must have originated with people unknown and they were passed on, perhaps by the Minoans and the Phoenicians, who were, for a thousand years and more, the greatest sailors of the ancient world.” As for the creator of the map, it's possible that ancient alien visitors did create it since at that time mankind just wasn't capable of producing something so detailed.
A gentleman named Mauricio Morales posted some remarkable pictures on the internet that ended up going fairly viral across social media. They were snaps of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs, which does not mean they are extraterrestrial in origin).
That being said, don’t be fooled, there is a tremendous amount of evidence pointing toward the fact that some of these UFOs, whose presence were officially acknowledged within the mainstream using declassified documents and hundreds of high ranking military/political whistleblowers, are indeed extraterrestrial in origin. There is ample evidence suggesting that many are ‘ours’ as well. Here’s Morales’ statement on what he experienced from his Facebook post: “As I was driving back to Phoenix this evening, I was a few miles past Parker, AZ when I saw a shooting star with a green hue in the corner of my eye. I kept driving for a few miles and noticed a small orange light far in the distance to my right. At first I thought that maybe a meteor had hit nearby and set a fire in the desert or possibly a distant antenna light. I didn’t quite think much of it and continued to drive for another three miles. I noticed that the light was gone. I drove another half of a mile and I saw the light appear again. This is when I realized that whatever this was, wasn’t normal. I was about a quarter of a mile from the crossing between Highway 72 and Highway 95 between Parker and Quartzsite, Arizona. I immediately pulled over and attached my camera to my tripod. To my SW direction, there were six orange-red lights floating around in the horizon. Some of them would dim out and then brighten back up, others just seemed to float and hover away slowly. They seemed to travel in a parallel pattern with a very bright fiery glisten. I took photos and videos and in less than 15 minutes, the mysterious objects vanished without a trace. All of the photographs are timestamped and are not edited whatsoever. The video is slightly cropped for better viewing. Whatever this was, I have never seen anything like this in my life before. Super cool experience. *UPDATE* 4/11/17 11:22pm I have noticed that my cameras clock is set 8 minutes ahead. Which means that the time stamps are all 8 minutes ahead. I also saw a video of the same exact thing but from the opposite end in El Centro, CA. That means that whatever this was, it was visible for at least 100 miles. ABC15 is reporting that the photos were part of the meteor. They were not. The meteor struck about 10 minutes before I pulled over on HWY 95 and got footage of these lights. The birth of the industrial, scientific and technological/information revolutions brought with them a host of problems. One of these problems, as President Eisenhower, JFK and dozens of other presidents and politicians warned us about in the past, is the fact that a powerful group of people and the corporations they run, headed by the big banks, have taken control over almost every aspect of our lives. Today, many people are waking up to this reality in various ways. One way is, for example, through healthcare and seeing through the manipulation of science by big drug companies. Another is big food, becoming aware of all of the pesticides and harmful ingredients that are added to it. Another realm is politics and false flag terrorism, and seeing through the fact that many soldiers are sent to die for corporate interests and an agenda set out by the financial elite. However, more people are starting to understand our reality and thus making more conscious choices, voting with their dollars. More and more souls on the plant today desire peace, and that is made clear by all of the humanitarian and activist movements that’ve been unearthed. Not many souls on the planet want to see others suffer, and we have the potential to create a human experience where everybody has their needs met. This is possible, but there are systems put in place to make you think this is not possible because our economy would be completely destroyed. True, it would be, but that would be a necessary step in the re-design of the human experience. There are those who capitalize off of our enslavement, our 9-5 work schedules, our attention being put towards our own lives, sports and entertainment. We’ve strayed from our natural path of curiosity and exploration because we’re told from a young age that “this is who we are” and that “this is how it is.” This type of thinking is changing, the anti-war movement is stronger than ever, and it’s clear that if our planet and our countries were really a democracy, things would be a lot different. We are one human race and there are no need for borders. This happened exactly 11 years ago in 2006. It was my last year in high school, and I was involved in the art department.
Specifically there was three classes, Photography, Digital Photography and Natural Art. These three rooms were linked together in the middle by an office. I remember that it was me and two friends who were assistances for the teachers and we were talking in the office with the photography teacher.
He was telling us about a camera that was found in his sister’s house. It belonged to a military officer and well he had this camera in his attic, and while they were cleaning out the house and came across it, she decided to develop the pictures to see what they were.
To her surprise, my teacher described her reaction as “completely horrified” there were pictures she immediately threw away and could not believe. He never described to me what these pictures were but one of them he was able to keep.
It’s a specimen with an unknown tag on it. The military official that lived there apparently had died a long time ago and worked in a facility, but nobody ever knew where. My teacher was able to get this picture that was developed, and he showed it to us.
I asked if I could take a picture of it or show it to my friends he said no. He put it in his office and locked the office after we were finished seeing it. During lunch, my department (digital photography) had keys available for the office, and I quickly took the keys and opened the office while they were on lunch and well I quickly snapped pictures and ran back inside the classroom.

Are demons real? Though evil spirits possessing the body of a hapless human victim seems like the stuff of science fiction, the possibility of being possessed by demons is, in fact, a common belief held by religions around the world. Even the Christian Bible alludes to demonic possession more than thirty times, including several cases of Jesus "casting out demons" from people. Most religions offer prayers, spells, or incantations that are used to remove these invading spirits via exorcism rituals. As hard as it may be to believe, countless accounts by victims and witnesses dating back to ancient times are hard to ignore. Let's explore ten cases of truly scary and, by all accounts, real demonic possession. Note: For most of these cases, there are no photographs for us to share with you here. We have used images from movies and other sources to illustrate this post. 1. Clara Germana Cele
In 1906, Clara Germana Cele was a Christian student at St. Michael's Mission in Natal, South Africa. For some reason, Cele prayed and made a pact with Satan when she was sixteen years-old, and just days later, Cele was overtaken by strange impulses. She was repulsed by religious artifacts like crucifixes, she could speak and understand several languages of which she had no previous knowledge, and she became clairvoyant regarding the thoughts and histories of the people around her. Nuns who attended to Cele reported that she produced horrible, animalistic sounds; she also levitated up to five feet in the air. Eventually, two priests were brought in to perform an exorcism. Cele tried to strangle one of the priests with his stole, and over one hundred and seventy people witnessed her levitating as the priests read Scripture. Over the course of two days, the rites of exorcism successfully drove the dark spirits from her body. (Source | Photo) 2. Anneliese Michel
Anneliese Michel is a controversial case, as well as the subject of many fictional accounts of her tragic story, most notably the 2005 courtroom drama The Exorcism of Emily Rose. Sixteen year-old Anneliese Michel had a history of epilepsy and mental illness, for which she had often been treated at a psychiatric hospital. However, in 1973 Michel become suicidal, spurned all religious artifacts, drank her own urine, and began to hear voices. Medicine did nothing to help the girl, who begged her family to bring in a priest because she believed that she was possessed by demons. Though her request was rejected, two local priests secretly began treating her with exorcism rites. Meanwhile, her parents stopped treating her epilepsy and mental disorders. She was dead within a year. Michel had almost seventy exorcisms performed on her over the course of ten months. She refused to eat, and often talked of dying as a martyr. Anneliese Michel died from emaciation and starvation. Consequently, her parents and the priests responsible were charged with negligent homicide. (Source | Photo) 3. "Roland Doe"/"Robbie Mannheim"
Known as the "real" story behind the novel and Hollywood movie The Exorcist, the tale of fourteen year-old Roland Doe is one of the most notorious stories of demonic possession. In fact, Roland Doe is not his real name; it is a pseudonym assigned to him by the Catholic church in order to preserve the boy's privacy. In the late 1940s, Doe's aunt encouraged him to use a Ouija board, and many speculate that after her death the boy attempted to contact his aunt with the Ouija board, an act which opened the door for the demons who wished to possess him. The possession started with strange sounds, like dripping water, that no one could place. Eventually, religious artifacts began to quake and fly off the walls, and unexplained footsteps and scratching noises could be heard around the home. Scratches began to appear on the boy's body, including words that seemed to have been carved into his flesh by unseen claws. The boy spoke in tongues in a guttural voice and levitated in the air, with his body contorted in pain. His family brought in a Catholic priest, who determined that the boy was possessed by evil spirits and needed an exorcism. The exorcism ritual was performed over thirty times, with the boy injuring the priest many times throughout. When, at last, the rite was successful, the entire hospital heard Doe's cries of bestial anguish and reported a horrible sulfuric odor hanging in the air. (Source | Photo) 4. "Julia"
In 2008, Dr. Richard E. Gallagher, a board-certified psychiatrist and associate professor of clinical psychiatry at New York Medical College, documented the case of a patient nicknamed "Julia" whom he deduced was indeed possessed by demons. It's rare that a scientist and psychiatrist would acknowledge the possibility of possession; typically doctors think that possession is either fraudulent or a result of mental illness. Dr. Gallagher personally observed items flying around the room, Julia levitating off the bed, speaking in tongues, and knowing things about people around her that she could not possibly have known. Here is an excerpt from Gallagher's statement: “Periodically, in our presence, Julia would go into a trance state of a recurring nature,” writes Gallagher. “Mentally troubled individuals often ‘dissociate,' but Julia's trances were accompanied by an unusual phenomenon: Out of her mouth would come various threats, taunts and scatological language, phrases like ‘Leave her alone, you idiot,' ‘She's ours,' ‘Leave, you imbecile priest,' or just ‘Leave.' The tone of this voice differed markedly from Julia's own, and it varied, sometimes sounding guttural and vaguely masculine, at other points high pitched. Most of her comments during these ‘trances,' or at the subsequent exorcisms, displayed a marked contempt for anything religious or sacred.” (Source | Photo | Via) 5. Arne Cheyenne Johnson
Known as the "Demon Murder Trial," the case of Arne Cheyenne Johnson is the first known court case in the United States during which the defense attempted to prove that the defendant was not guilty by reason of possession.
In 1981, Arne Cheyenne Johnson murdered his landlord, Alan Bono, in Connecticut. Johnson's attorneys argued that his actions indicated a pattern of erratic behavior that had begun when Johnson was just a child. Johnson's family had even consulted with "demonologists" Ed and Lorraine Warren, saying that the child had been taunted and harassed by unknown entities for most of his life. They also asserted that his evil-doings resulted not from a psychological disorder, but from demonic possession. Ultimately, the judge ruled that demonic possession was not a valid defense against first-degree murder. Johnson was convicted and served a mere five years of his ten to twenty year sentence. In 1976, the people of New York City were terrorized by a serial killer known as the "Son of Sam," or the ".44 Caliber Killer." For more than a year, the killer lead police on a wild goose chase, leaving behind taunting notes at the crime scenes. Six people were killed and seven others severely wounded in the "Summer of Sam." When the killer was finally apprehended, he was identified as David Berkowitz. Berkowitz confessed to all of the shootings and claimed that he was commanded to kill by a demon. Berkowitz did not claim to be possessed himself, however; he claimed that his neighbor's dog was possessed, and the dog had ordered him to perform the killings. Berkowitz was sentenced to six life sentences, and in the mid-1990s he issued an amendment to his confession, claiming that he had indeed been a member of a Satanic cult that had orchestrated the incidents as part of a ritual murder. Michael Taylor and his wife, Christine, lived in a small town in Great Britain called Ossett. The couple was very religious, and had joined a Christian prayer group lead by Marie Robinson. At one meeting in 1974, Christine Taylor accused her husband and Robinson of having an affair, which both people hotly denied. Michael Taylor then spewed obscenities and began acting extremely erratic and out of character, leading witnesses to think that he seemed possessed by evil. After months of crazy behavior, Taylor eventually consulted with clergy who performed an exorcism. The exorcism lasted for well over twenty-four hours, and the priests involved claimed to have removed forty demons from the man's body. However, before he left, the priests warned him that the demon of murder remained dormant in his soul. As soon as Taylor arrived home, he brutally murdered his wife and their dog. He was later found wandering the streets, covered in blood. At his trial, he was acquitted by reason of insanity. (Source | Photo) 8. George Lukins
In 1778, English tailor George Lukins claimed to be possessed. The man would often sing in a voice and language that was not his own, and finally neighbors, concerned by his increasingly frightening behavior, reached out to the church to help the man. Lukins was sent to a hospital for over twenty months, but doctors could not help him. His caregivers discharged him, even more convinced that his affliction was demonic in nature. During his possession, a very violent Lukins reportedly claimed that he was the devil, barked like a dog, and sang hymns backward. In 1778, after Lukins claimed to be possessed by seven demons that could only be driven out by seven clergymen, the church got involved. Seven priests assembled at Temple Church, where they performed an exorcism. When the ceremony was over, priests claimed that the man had been delivered from the demons who possessed him, and George Lukins exclaimed, "Blessed Jesus!" Lukins then praised God, recited the Lord's prayer, and thanked the priests. (Source | Photo) 9. Anna Ecklund: The Earling Possession
By the time she was just fourteen years-old, a girl from Earling, Iowa named Anna Ecklund began showing signs of demonic possession. The girl had been raised a devout Catholic, however her father and aunt, who practiced witchcraft, allegedly cursed the girl routinely and used herbs to taint her food. Soon, she could not tolerate religious artifacts, became sexually depraved, and could not enter a church. In 1912, the girl underwent a successful exorcism, but after being "cured" of her possession, her father and aunt prayed to Satan for her to suffer even more, and within a year the girl had become possessed by multiple entities, many of whom are said to be the same spirits who possessed Annaliese Michel. In 1928, Ecklund again sought help from the church. She was placed in a convent where her exorcism would take place, and the girl's behavior worsened while in the care of the nuns. When the nuns would bless her food before entering her room, Ecklund could sense the blessing. She would hiss at the nuns and throw the food on the floor. She would tolerate food that had not been blessed. Witnesses testified to seeing the girl speak and understand foreign languages she'd never heard before. They also claimed that she defied gravity by levitating and clinging to the wall. The girl was clairvoyant and often vomited and spit at the priests. Her eyes bulged and her body was so bloated and heavy that she nearly broke the iron bed on which she lay. After twenty-three days and three complete exorcism rituals, the clergymen finally declared her free from the demons who had possessed her. (Source | Photo) 10. Pope Francis Exorcises Boy
The Catholic church performs thousands of exorcisms each year, and Pope Francis has said that he believes that Satan is real, and that the battle against evil is one that he must fight every day. In May of 2013, the newly-elected Pope allegedly performed a brief exorcism live on camera. As he was moving down the line of disabled people, offering blessings, the Pontiff paused before a boy in a wheelchair. Grasping the boy by the head, the boy shuddered and gasped before going limp.
